Ms. Malaylay has been elected as Board of Trustees – Treasurer of the Maternal and Child Nurses Association of the Philippines at the national level. This role places her at the forefront of advancing policies, education, and standards that directly impact maternal and neonatal care across the country.
Her appointment reflects not only her clinical expertise and leadership in neonatal intensive care, but also her commitment to elevating the nursing profession. From ensuring the highest level of care for our most vulnerable patients in the NICU to now contributing to national initiatives, Ms. Malaylay continues to set a strong example of excellence and service.
