Parking Rates, Guidelines, and Procedures

Perpetual Help Medical Center – Las Piñas provides a 24-hour parking facility for patients, visitors, senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), motorcycles, and bicycles.

Please review the parking rates and guidelines below before using the facility.

What are the parking rates at PHMC?

Cars and Other Vehicles

The regular parking rates are:

First 3 hours: ₱65
Succeeding hours: ₱10 per hour

The parking facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The same parking rates apply regardless of the time of entry or exit.

Admitted Patients

Admitted patients may avail themselves of the patient parking rate of:

₱100 per 24 hours with multiple-entry privileges

Parking validation is available at the Admitting Department. The admitting staff will provide a validation stub.

The parking validation must be renewed every 24 hours and may continue until the patient is discharged.

Hemodialysis Patients

The parking rate for hemodialysis patients is:

₱45

Is parking free for Senior Citizens and PWDs?

Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) receive free parking for the first 3 hours upon presentation of a valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID.

After the first three hours, the regular succeeding-hour rate of ₱10 per hour applies.

Designated Senior Citizen and PWD parking spaces are available on the ground floor and 3rd floor of the parking facility.

How much is motorcycle parking?

Motorcycles are charged a flat rate of ₱50 per entry/day.

Motorcycles and bicycles must use their designated parking areas near Aviation.

Can I park overnight at PHMC?

Yes. The PHMC parking facility operates 24/7.

The applicable parking rates remain the same regardless of the time you enter or leave the parking facility.

Vehicles and motorcycles left in the parking facility for more than 72 hours will be reported to the proper authorities for appropriate action.

What happens if I lose my parking ticket or card?

Customers who lose their parking card or ticket will be charged:

₱300 lost ticket fee + applicable parking fee

You will also need to present:

  • Driver’s License or another acceptable identification card
  • Certificate of Registration (CR) and current Official Receipt (OR) of the vehicle or motorcycle

Do vehicles need to park facing the wall?

Yes, in parking areas covered by the “Park Facing the Wall” policy.

This policy applies to parking areas near the UMAB Building to help prevent vehicle exhaust fumes from entering the building. The policy applies to all levels of the parking area.

Please observe parking signs and instructions from parking personnel.

What vehicles can be clamped?

Vehicles that do not comply with the “Park Facing the Wall” policy or that are parked in designated No Parking areas may be clamped.

The release fees are:

Cars: ₱1,500
Motorcycles: ₱500

General Parking Rules

All vehicles and motorcycles entering the PHMC parking facility are subject to the rules of Car Park Management.

The owners or managers of the parking facility are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles, motorcycles, accessories, or articles left inside them.

Customers may be held liable for any damage or loss they cause to the parking facility, its accessories, other property, or persons inside the car park.

The car park is not a vehicle depository. Parking fees are payments for the use of parking space only.

Motorcycles and bicycles must be parked only in their designated areas.
