Admissions

Upon admission, a tag will be placed on the patient’s wrist. The patient should not remove it while inside the hospital. This will serve as the patient’s identification and as reference of the hospital staff when administering tests and medications.

An admission kit will be provided, which include drinking glass, utensils, soap, face towel, toilet paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, and thermometer. The hospital will also provide clothes and linen.

Transfers

Request for room transfer may be done any time of the day through the Admitting Section. However, room transfer will depend on the availability of the preferred room. Other safety factors also have to be considered like infection control, etc.
