Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Pinas now offers the Laboratory Test Drive-Through service where you can have your laboratory tests done without having to leave your vehicle. The good thing about it is that this service will not entail any additional costs!

All you have to do is visit www.sstg-thefivegroup-tfgtest.kinsta.cloud, click the Laboratory Test Request Drive-Through downloadable form. Fill out the form by indicating the laboratory tests that you require and your preferred schedule. Send the form back to phmclp.marketing@gmail.com. Wait for the scheduling team to get back to you with the guidelines and payment details. Your schedule will be confirmed once you have made and sent your proof of payment.
